Run and walk in Montreal's area

It's time to enjoy fall colours and go running or walking outside 🍁🍂

Here are some suggestions in Montreal's area:

A classic for Montrealers! Departure to the statue and end at the belvedere, or at the ''Lac aux Castors''!

P.S: There are more underground trails that begin behind the main building of the ''University of Montreal'' and can lead to the top of the Notre-Dame cemetery. Climbs guaranteed! 😅

Everyone knows the circuit Gilles Villeneuve, but go discover new landscapes. There is the ''Mont Boullé'' and the  ''Floralies'', exotic and yet a few minutes from downtown!

P.S: If you follow the ''Route verte'' you can enjoy one of the most beautiful views of Montreal.😱

Leave the Parc J. Albert-Gariépy along the river, very simple. If a 10 km loop is not enough for you, you can continue your journey to the Quenneville Bay Observation Deck, which is a 16 km round trip.

P.S: At 5km you will pass by '' La vague a Guy'' and you will be able to observe the river surfers! A good opportunity to take a break and look at the landscape!

You can reach the canal by walking to the end of the McGill starting directly from the VSquare Fitness studio. You can walk up to 14.5 km between Old Montreal and René-Lévesque Park and admire the typical locks and old factories of the Old Montréal.

P: S: It is the opportunity to combine your running or walk session with a training at the studio 💪
