A 25 minute HIIT training to help you keep warm!
Winter season ought to finish soon! Especially with the weather today, it is tough to want to leave our cozy home. However, I have the solution for you if you don't want to go outside! Here is a little 25 minute training (including breaks!) that is easy to do at home!
Here's how it works:
The 6 exercises shown in the image below should be performed for 30 seconds non stop, with a 15-second break between each exercise. When the first set of exercises is over, take a long break of 2 minutes. Repeat the circuit again, and this, 4 times in a row!
Thus, on top of avoiding the rigorous temperature, you will be able to warm up a little with a good little training ;) Have fun during this 25 minutes!
